Harri Magaldi
Ex - Wall Street turned regenerative skincare maker. Harri launched My Neighbor's with a baby on her hip and a dream in her heart to bring ancestral skincare into modern homes.

Nathan Moser
Father to Stella. Designer of beautiful things. From packaging to digital, Nathan brings the creative vision behind the brand to life, with a healthy side dose of art and music. (Not to mention our token guy on the team)
HEAD OF PRODUCTION
Oona Albert
Oona is the machine behind the product. Our Head of Production, render master, and maker of balms. She oversees each batch with precision and care, ensuring everything is made to the highest standard from start to finish. Equal parts craftswoman and powerhouse, Oona is as comfortable rendering tallow as she is wrangling horses or lifting weights. She brings strength, discipline, and an unwavering eye for detail to everything she touches - the backbone of our production and the force that keeps it all moving.
LOGISTICS & OPERATIONS
Idarah Smith
Idarah is the backbone of our logistics. She ensures every order, from a single DTC package to large wholesale shipments, moves seamlessly out into the world. She manages the rhythm of fulfillment with care and precision, keeping the storeroom stocked, organized, and always ready for what’s next. Beyond the boxes and labels, Idarah is a steady force behind the scenes keeping the founder on track, the systems running smoothly, and ensuring that every order arrives exactly as it should.

Melly Wright
Photographer and mama to Lilah, Melly captures the heart of our brand through images and words that weave connection and community. All the way from the West Coast to our home here in the Hudson Valley.
